We are continually developing more online courses to help your staff grow and learn. We present live webinars on Best Practices to grow your business and on new products and service offerings, industry advancements, software tools and more, often giving franchisees the chance to Beta-test before we do a complete system rollout. Some webinars will be presented by our franchisees on subjects where they have expertise and have had noteworthy success. We record each webinar for those who can’t attend live, for future hires and for you to use as a refresher.

  • As we grow, we will offer a peer mentor program with regularly scheduled calls for those who want additional assistance from our more experienced and successful operators.
  • We offer regional meetings, usually once per year, to provide additional training for our owners and managers. These meetings also help our franchisees develop strong working relationships and breed positive, friendly competition.
  • We have a phenomenal National Conference every year, where all of our franchisees, vendors and support staff get together to share ideas and successes, build relationships and learn more about the industry we are all investing and working in. You’ll hear motivational speakers, participate in roundtables and panel discussions, and discuss teambuilding, upcoming industry changes and EnviroLogik’s future plans. Of course, lots of great food and drink will be shared!
