OUR HISTORY

After developing a unique blend of “grease eating” live vegetative bacteria, tested and proven in local restaurants, Bill Hadley started Environmental Biotech^TM (EB) in Sarasota Florida in 1989. He was a big believer in the franchise model, where local owners provide great products and great service to their neighbors. After building successful franchises in very different markets, EB expanded across the US and beyond, eventually operating over 100 units in more than a dozen countries around the globe. Years later, EB changed from franchising to a simpler product distribution model in the US, concentrating on developing additional products instead of training and marketing support.

Aziz Tejpar started his franchise in the UK in 2002 and built an amazing business, becoming EB’s most successful international franchisee. He purchased the entire Environmental Biotech parent company in 2006, and has developed new products and services and added new distributors. Aziz sold his Environmental Biotech UK business in late 2018 and he and his wife Riz moved to Florida, re-launching the franchise under the new name “EnviroLogik^®”.
